Incredibly sluggish service. I've had to follow up at every turn. From getting the delivery confirmation to inquiring about my payment - which is still missing. They do reply to emails promptly, but I shouldn’t be running after them throughout the entire consignment journey.

It would be helpful if they clarified upfront how long things will take so folks can make a smart choice right from the beginning.

There are way better consignment services available!

Awesome service, the bag is pretty nice, but the description mentioned a receipt would be included. There was no receipt in the box, but after I read this review, the company reached out to let me know they found it and sent it my way the very next day.
